These terms govern the purchase of professional nail products through the website www.4nails.it.
The website is operated by For Nails & Beauty S.R.L., with its registered office at Piazza Giovanni Falcone 21/A, 37057, San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR), Italy.The use of the website and the submission of an order imply the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale by the Customer. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with effect from the date of their publication on the website.
2. Subject of the Contract
This contract concerns the sale, by the Seller, of professional products intended for nail technicians, beauty salons, and trainers. All products are intended exclusively for professional use and must be used by qualified operators, in compliance with the instructions and applicable regulations.
3. Information on Products
The information relating to each item or course is provided accurately and kept up to date. Each product sheet includes illustrative images, quantities, available shades, composition (where required), prices, and availability.
All products available on www.4nails.it are new, original, and compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetics, where applicable. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only, and colors may vary slightly depending on the device used.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on the website are indicated in eurosand include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The total cost of the order will be visible before the final confirmation and will include any applicable shipping charges.
Payment can be made using the secure methods available at checkout: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Stripe, Klarna (where available), PayPal, or other temporarily active methods. Promotional codes or personal discounts may be used in accordance with the applicable validity conditions.
5. Purchase Procedures
Purchases can be made by both registered users and guests, through a guided process that involves entering contact details, selecting the delivery and payment method, and providing final confirmation.
Once the order has been completed, the Customer will receive a summary email with all the details. The order is considered binding only after confirmation by the Seller. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, improper use of discount codes, or lack of the required professional qualifications.
If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be contacted to agree on a replacement or a refund.
You may request the cancellation of the order exclusively before it is handed over to the courier for shipment, by sending written notice to fornails.beauty@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +39 3913685890. The cancellation will be valid only upon our written confirmation.
If the order has already been shipped, a refund can be issued only after the goods have been returned, intact and unused, net of the shipping costs actually incurred.
6. Invoicing
For Nails & Beauty S.R.L. issues an invoice for every order, both for private individuals and for VAT-registered businesses.
For the correct processing of the order, the following tax details must be provided:

Failure to provide this information prevents the completion of the order, as the issuance of an invoice is mandatory.
A PDF copy of the invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, while the electronic version will be transmitted to the Customer’s Tax File via the Interchange System (Sistema di Interscambio) of the Italian Revenue Agency.
Shipments are carried out via GLS express courier throughout the Italian territory. Average delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days. For certain destinations (islands, remote areas, abroad), additional costs or delivery times may apply, which will be communicated during the order process.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before confirmation. Any transport damage must be reported promptly at the time of delivery with photographic evidence, in order to allow the opening of a claim with the courier.
We are not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure, but we are committed to providing timely updates on the delivery status.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumer Customers (purchases without VAT number) Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who makes a purchase as a consumer – i.e. a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity carried out – has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the obligation to provide reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to send a written communication to the email address fornails.beauty@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the items to be returned. For Nails & Beauty S.R.L. will confirm receipt of the request via email.
The products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, but may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
products that have been opened, used, or damaged
sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
Professional Customers and Companies (purchases with VAT number) The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by subjects acting as professionals or companies, i.e. customers who place an order indicating a VAT number and purchase within the scope of their entrepreneurial or professional activity.
In such cases, no automatic right of withdrawal is provided, unless otherwise expressly agreed with For Nails & Beauty S.R.L. prior to the conclusion of the contract.
9. Warranties and Liability
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code, Customers who purchase as Consumers (i.e. natural persons who buy goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity) are entitled to a 24-month legal warranty on purchased products.
This warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, provided that the product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended purpose and the technical instructions supplied.
For purchases made by professionals or for professional purposes, the warranty is reduced to 12 months from the date of delivery.

The consumer Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the defective product. If replacement or repair is impossible or excessively costly, the Customer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract. The defect must be reported within two months of its discovery.

To benefit from the warranty it is necessary to:
Keep the purchase receipt/invoice and any warranty documentation received. Send the product in its original packaging, complete with packing materials, manuals, accessories and any assistance form (available by email request or downloadable from the website). Shipping costs to our office are borne by the Customer.

Once the product has been received, our technical team will carry out a check to verify whether the defect is covered by the legal warranty. Processing times may vary up to 30 business days. Reshipping costs to the Customer are always borne by the purchaser.
The warranty is void in case of: improper or non-compliant use of the product damage caused by wear, impacts, drops, tampering or unauthorized interventions lack of valid fiscal documentation
For some equipment, the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer: please read carefully the specific warranty conditions indicated in the attached technical documentation.
For Customers purchasing with a VAT number or for professional purposes, the warranty is 12 months and the defect must be reported within eight days from discovery, pursuant to Art. 1495 of the Civil Code.
In addition, For Nails & Beauty S.R.L. cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profit, business interruption, damages to third parties) resulting from improper use of the products.
10. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The data collected is used exclusively for order management, communication with Customers, sending notifications regarding the status of purchases and, subject to explicit consent, for promotional and informational purposes.
The data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties and will be processed with appropriate security measures. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to orders placed through the website, the competent court shall be that of the consumer if residing in Italy, or otherwise that of Verona, unless otherwise provided by law.
12. Amendments to the Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new updated version on the website. The amendments shall be effective from the moment of publication and shall apply to all subsequent orders.
